Prepare for the resurgence of the ACR Venom competition! On January 26th, ACR is unleashing a poker craze with an astounding $10 million guaranteed prize fund. The ultimate victor will depart with a cool million, but there’s ample cash to be won for adept players.
Circle February 8th on your calendars for the final table clash. This multi-day poker marathon commences with five initial flights between January 26th and February 5th, providing players numerous opportunities to enter the fray. Once the initial stages conclude, the tournament will intensify with Day 2 on February 6th, succeeded by Day 3 on February 7th, culminating in the final table confrontation on February 8th. All tournaments will commence at 1:00 PM EST.
Although the entry fee is established at $2,650, ACR is presenting more budget-friendly routes to poker triumph. Players can try their hand at freerolls and satellite tournaments, including the Venom Madness $44 Super Satellite on February 4th, where 20 sought-after Venom seats are at stake.
ACR has heeded player input and implemented some thrilling adjustments to the tournament format. Each starting flight will now conclude 90 minutes earlier than in preceding years, and the tempo of play will be modified to accommodate greater strategic complexity as the pool dwindles to the final 100 players.
ACR Team Pro Chris Moneymaker conveyed his enthusiasm for the event, remarking, “I’m delighted that ACR is reviving this remarkable tournament for its eighth iteration. With satellites and freerolls affording players additional avenues to participate, this could be a life-altering event for someone. See you at the tables!”
