Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Appoints Seasoned Executive Albert Manzone as CEO

The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has selected Albert Manzone, a veteran leader, as its next Chief Executive Officer. Manzone, whose distinguished background includes executive positions at prominent companies such as PepsiCo, Davidoff, and Novartis, is slated to formally begin his new role on April 12th.

Stephen Valery, the organization’s Vice Chairman, emphasized Manzone’s vast expertise and conveyed optimism in his capacity to guide the company toward sustained prosperity. Manzone will be tasked with overseeing all facets of the company’s activities, encompassing gaming, lodging, culinary experiences, financial matters, branding, technological advancements, and personnel management.

This news arises during a phase of organizational realignment for the renowned Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. The company is also implementing other significant leadership transitions, including the designation of Virginie Cotta-Magossi as the new Secretary General and the elevation of Pascal Camia, the present Chief Operating Officer, to the role of Director of Global Expansion.

The company is actively seeking a new Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Information Officer, indicating a dedication to revitalizing its executive team and adjusting to the dynamic environment of the luxury hospitality and entertainment sector.

Valery himself assumed the position of Vice Chairman in January, succeeding Jean-Luc Biamonti, who retired following an extensive and fruitful period. During his initial address, Valery conveyed his profound affiliation with the company, mentioning his family’s multi-generational connections to the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. He also acknowledged Biamonti’s impact, recognizing his contributions to the company’s robust financial position and positive growth trajectory.

Im thankful for the board’s trust and I completely understand the difficulties that lie ahead. However, I’m prepared to dedicate myself entirely to ensure our financial system continues to flourish.”

Pascal Camia, the organization’s chief operating officer, conversed with Gaming Insider at the ICE exhibition in London in the previous month of February.
