This marks the sixth Portuguese football club to be backed by the Kaizen Gaming-owned brand since its entry into the Portuguese market in 2019. Sporting Lisbon, Benfica, Braga, Maritimo, and Belenenses have all previously secured similar sponsorship deals with the company.

Panos Konstantopoulos, the Chief Marketing Officer of Kaizen Gaming, stated: “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with FC Porto, a club with a rich history in Europe, boasting numerous accolades both domestically and in European competitions.

“We eagerly anticipate commencing our collaboration with this esteemed club, and as we do with all our partners, we are planning a series of social initiatives. This sponsorship agreement once again underscores the significance of the Portuguese market for Kaizen Gaming.”

Through its two brands, Betano and Stoiximan, Kaizen Gaming also supports Fluminense and Atletico Mineiro in Brazil, Olympiacos and PAOK in Greece, FCSB and Universitatea Craiova in Romania, and Apoel, Omonia, Apollon Limassol, and Pafos FC in Cyprus.

The head of sales for Portos, Rui Lusa, declared: “This is a significant agreement for our company, as we’ve been looking for chances to collaborate with powerful partners, particularly in such a crucial sector. It was a straightforward understanding, as both parties were eager to finalize this arrangement.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Betano as our betting sponsor, and we anticipate this will be a fruitful partnership for all involved.”
